Performance at a glance

i
The high-level scorecard for August 2026. Sources: GA4 (sessions, key events), Tally (leads), Google Ads and Meta Ads (spend, leads). Every metric is compared to July, month over month, and to August 2025, year over year. This is the first month a true year-over-year comparison exists, because the site went live on Jul 2, 2025. August 2025 reference: 17,965 sessions, 2,902 organic, 5,547 paid, 24 leads. Conversion rate is form submissions divided by sessions (159 of 17,441, or 0.91%), the same basis July’s deck used, not the GA4 key-event rate of 0.98%. Organic means Organic Search; Paid means Paid Search plus Paid Social plus Paid Other. Leads are Tally form submissions only this month, so 159 is a floor, and the whole leads series was restated onto that basis, so it does not line up with the leads line published in July. Meta’s 375 platform leads are tracked separately and are not blended into the Leads KPI.

Bailey’s source of truth is Tally + HubSpot combined. July was 115 (106 Tally + 9 HubSpot). August’s HubSpot export was not provided, so 159 is Tally only and should be read as a floor, not the final number. The whole leads series on this deck is Tally-only so the trend stays like-for-like.

Partial prior month: July was 17 days (Meta launched Jul 15) against August’s 31, so the spend and leads deltas are not like-for-like. Per day: spend $58.84 → $59.84 (+1.7%), leads 14.1 → 12.1 (-14.3%). Cost per lead is a rate, so its +19% ($4.17 → $4.95) is directly comparable. See the Meta Ads slide for the full breakdown.

Where we gained and lost rank in Google during August, split by branded (people searching “Bailey”) vs non-branded (product and how-to searches that bring new demand). Non-branded wins grow the audience; branded terms show brand health.

Source: Google Ads campaign report and daily time series, Aug 1-31, 2026. Conversions are ad-attributed (distinct from site leads); CPL = spend ÷ conversions; CPC = spend ÷ clicks. Two gaps this month: the daily export omitted the Conversions column, so the daily chart plots clicks; and the Ads Keywords slide is not included because the search keyword report was exported with a keyword filter applied: all 43 rows are “hydraulic cylinder manufacturers” variants covering $29 of $5,471 in spend. A re-export without the filter restores that slide.

Meta Ads

i
Paid social, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead-gen campaign performance for August, its first full calendar month of tracking (campaign launched Jul 15, 2026). “Leads” here are Meta’s on-platform “leadgen.other” action, ad-attributed, and distinct from site Leads (Tally, 159; HubSpot not supplied), GA4 key events (171), and Google Ads conversions (57). CPL = spend ÷ leads, CPC = spend ÷ link clicks.
